What to Expect The Day of Your Install
Homeowners Responsibilities:
(formed to prevent damage to your property and ensure a smooth & timely install)
1. Unless otherwise specified the homeowner will be responsible for the removal of all window treatments.
2. Moving all furniture, hanging objects and breakables. The Installers will need a minimum of three feet inside and out of each window to ensure a safe and proper install.
3. Access to the front and back of the property
Note: If desired, arrangements can be made for installers to take care of these responsibilities.
Q&A:
What about the mess?!
Depending on the type of install you choose, there will be very little mess. Our installers will lay tarps down when necessary, vacuum any debris, and clean your windows inside and out. The only cleaning you will be left with will be your regular vacuuming.
How long will it take?
Most residential installs will take less than a day. Normally installers show up around 8am and will be completely done by the afternoon.
How many windows will they take out at once?
We will not take all of your windows out at once! Our installers will systematically remove several windows (2-3) and replace them quickly before moving on. This will insure your home is comfortable throughout the entire install.
What if they don't finish in one day?
Our installers will leave no windows unfinished. Each window that is removed will be entirely installed and cleaned at the end of the day. All debris will be cleaned and removed.
